Partnership of value adding solutions

eFORMA History

In 1961 a group of forward thinking, highly specialized producers and service providers for business communication documents founded eFORMA as a co-operative, and registered it in 1962 in Zurich, Switzerland.

The main objective at this time was preventing within the group to invent the wheel that already existed and preventing also repeating mistakes.

The buying power of the group was also used to perform and manage investment project with improved ROI.

During this time membership was restricted to one company per country.

Today eFORMA is converted into a corporation (AG) serving not only the share holders but also has the possibility to serve business partners on normal commercial terms.

The shareholders of eFORMA are all autonomous enterprises which cooperate in this global partnership by joining forces for common research, sharing technological and product ventures. This is passed on to their customers through innovative products, advanced document management solutions, electronic as well as conventional printing and optimized services.

The pillars for success and unity within the eFORMA Network are common business objectives - but equally important is the well developed "together-we-are-stronger" spirit - which is practiced from CEO level to supporting management positions.

The name "eFORMA" stands today for a dynamic group of worldwide industry leaders who have bridged borders geographically as well as technology wise as they strive to jointly explore and implement emerging information technologies,  finding new and better ways to improve their own operations and thus add value to their customer's business.
